... in South Carinthia is family run by the Mateidl family, and because of this glistens with personal charm and stands for service and hospitableness on the highest level.
Starting in 1955 the Hotel Sonne was the first hotel of our family. At the end of the 70s the Baby & Children's Hotel Sonnelino was added, and then later the Hotel Obir, which today is part of the Golf and Beach Hotel Sonne.
A family company
Currently the family company comprises the hotels Sonne, Sonnelino, the Irene Apartments, a farm with petting zoo and numerous tennis courts. And all this in one of the most beautiful locations in Carinthia - on Lake Klopein.
