Cancellation

If you want to cancel, the following conditions apply according to Austrian regulations:

• Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date: no cancellation fee
• Up to 1 months before the arrival date: 40 % of the agreed price
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70 % of the agreed price
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the agreed price

For a late arrival or a premature departure, 70% of the room price will be charged for the reserved dates.
